Life-Changing High Testosterone Foods

To start off, there are no foods that are naturally high in testosterone. But there are foods that will help your body boost testosterone production. The following 5 foods will help you.

  1. This green “thing” will help boost your testosterone

Getting a good source of some type of green vegetables in your daily diet will tremendously help you in boosting your testosterone. That’s why I have cabbage as the first one on this list. Cabbage is a leafy green, red, or white plant grown mostly to be a vegetable crop. It is related to broccoli and cauliflower. It is said that cabbage was domesticated before 1000 BC somewhere in Europe. By the Middle Ages, cabbages became a part of the European daily diet. There are several ways people today eat cabbage; pickled, fermented, steamed, stewed, braised or eaten raw are some of the ways. It is a good source of vitamin k, vitamin c, and fiber. Eating a half cup of cooked cabbage would provide around 35% of your vitamin c daily needs. Cabbage, which is a cruciferous vegetable, is high in phytochemicals that block estrogen production. This is why it’s important for your testosterone levels and libido. Women’s estrogen levels aren’t going to get affected by this so don’t worry; women should still get this in their diet also. With the nutritional content, it will help with women’s testosterone production too.

     2. The blacker the berry, the sweeter the juice and the higher your testosterone

Blackberries are a fruit that will certainly help in raising your testosterone production. They are very high in antioxidants, which helps protect against inflammation, cancer, neurological diseases and aging. They are a good source of vitamin c also, which is known to help with boosting testosterone levels in your body. These types of berries are packed with antioxidants. The reason why antioxidants are so important to testosterone production is because they fight off free radicals in the body. Free radicals can cause oxidative stress in the body, which causes several types of problems and diseases. Some of these problems and diseases can affect testosterone levels, libido, and how your reproductive system works. They are also packed with several vitamins and minerals which will also help with testosterone in the body.

     3. This cow product will send your testosterone sky high

Blue cheese is surprisingly next on this list. This cheese is made with cultures of the mold Penicillium, and this is what gives the colors, or different spots throughout the cheese. These colors can vary between different blues and greens. The reason why blue cheese is on this list is firstly because of probiotics. Because of the way cheese is formed from bacteria and the mold that grows in blue cheese, it is a good source of probiotics for the body. There have been several studies that have looked into pre and probiotics being good for testosterone production. Another reason blue cheese is good for testosterone is because since it is a cheese, it is a good source of saturated fats. And if you’ve been on this site before, you’ve read me writing about how good saturated fats are for testosterone production. Saturated fats and cholesterol are basically the building block of how the body produces testosterone. Without these, then your body has no way of making the testosterone you need. The only drawback is that you have to watch your intake of saturated fats and cholesterol. If you get too much of these in your body, you will have to deal with blocked arteries, heart disease and all types of other illnesses. So just watch your intake and adjust accordingly. And lastly, it is a good source of vitamin k, more specifically k2. So getting some blue cheese in your diet has some huge benefits for producing more testosterone for you, but make sure you get organic grass-fed cheese, since it is an animal product. Studies have shown that organic grass-fed animal products are way more healthier for you. And watch your saturated fats and cholesterol intake.

     4. One of my favorite meats to keep testosterone and libido high

This animal is mostly found in North America and Northeast Asia, and it is elk. This animal is also known as the wapiti, and it has a life span of 10-13 yrs. It is also part of the deer family. One of the reasons why it’s important to get some elk in your diet, is because it’s a good source of animal protein. So if you can’t get elk, get a good source of animal protein. One of my favorite meats to eat is venison, or deer. It was so good, and you can also taste the difference in the meat. The most important reason to get elk, or a good source of animal meat, is because of the same reason of the last food. It is a good source of saturated fats and cholesterol. Don’t also forget, animal protein and meat are some of the most nutrient packed foods that you can eat. Animal meat is packed with protein, vitamins, and minerals that are bound to raise your testosterone levels when you start getting it in your diet.

     5. This fruit can be “berry” good for your testosterone

Last but not least, is acai berries. This berry has a ton of antioxidants, just like blackberries earlier on the list. This is one of the reasons why they are so effective at improving testosterone levels. By helping the body get rid of and protect it from oxidative stress, you’re helping promote it’s functioning and doing what it needs to do. Especially when it comes to producing and keeping testosterone levels high. Acai berries are very close to the top of the list when it comes to foods that are high in antioxidants. This berry is also known as an anti-inflammatory food. There have been studies that show drinking acai juice on a regular basis helps the heart by positively affecting blood lipid levels. You can’t forget that this fruit is jammed with all kinds of vitamins and minerals, which in turn also helps your body boost production of testosterone.
